By using the Avenue website, booking a visit, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or our services.

Avenue is an interior design and decoration company in Borg El Arab, serving Alexandria and all of Egypt. We provide design, finishing, furnishing and execution services, alongside a catalog of materials and furniture for exploration and inspiration.

The catalog is for browsing, inspiration and booking a visit — it is not a store for direct purchase. Choosing any item helps us understand your taste, and we build on it during the visit and the design.

We work on a “booking-first” model: free visit → design and price quote → agreement and offline payment. There is no online payment gateway on the site at launch, and you will never be asked to enter any card details or pay online.

The service value and payment method are agreed directly after the visit and the preparation of the quote.

Booking a visit is free and carries no obligation. After you submit your request, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm a time that suits you.

We do our utmost to keep to appointments, but we may occasionally need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances — and we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Book your visit here.

You can reschedule or cancel your visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Just message us on WhatsApp or call us.

Please let us know as early as possible if you can’t attend, so we can free the slot for another client and rearrange your appointment at the earliest opportunity.

The prices and tiers shown in the catalog are indicative and approximate, to help you form an initial impression, and may change depending on material availability and your project’s specifications.

• The final price is set in the quote after the visit and the survey of works.
• Displayed images may differ slightly from the actual product depending on batch and lighting.
• Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed with you.

All content on the site — designs, images, text and the logo — is owned by or licensed to Avenue, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Designs proposed for your project remain the property of Avenue until the agreement is finalized.

We enable suppliers and companies to contribute their products to the catalog in a later phase (phase two) through a review-and-approval system. Registering interest today creates no obligation or agreement, and actual contribution is subject to separate supplier terms accepted upon joining.

We provide our services with the utmost care and professionalism. Nevertheless, Avenue is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, or for information provided by third parties (such as suppliers’ product specifications).

Nothing in these terms limits any rights guaranteed to you under applicable Egyptian law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. On any material change we update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page, and your continued use of the site thereafter means you accept the updated version. See also our Privacy Policy.
